Costs change and return are free!

You have up to 100 days to make an exchange or refund from receipt of order.

After 100 days ... probably already you have a couple of Smitzy's more !!

Our goal is to stay fully satisfied and come back to buy smitzy.com. You may be exchanged or returned those items that have not been used or altered, with its labeling Smitzy.

It is done by simply requesting the change or refund by email to jedi@smitzy.com.

• In Case: Change or Return
• Indicate in the email the items you want to change (Model, size and color) for the desired size. We will contact you to finalize the return / exchange.

For size changes, you must give your clothes the messenger when it delivered the new size requested.

In case you want a refund, you will receive the amount for the same way you made the payment.

You'd change it urgent for the correct item as soon as possible and at no cost!
