The purchase process consists of these 5 easy steps:
- 1. User: Sign up as a customer and complete the data requested.
- 2. Select the item you want to buy at our size guide.
- 3. Tell us the recipient information and shipping address (24/48 hours domestic shipments, 5-7 days for international shipments)
- 4. Payment Options: We inform you card types or methods of payment we accept. Also check our FAQ
- 1.4 How I can pay for my order?
- 5. Confirmation: check all data you entered and complete the order.

Contact as soon as possible with our Customer Service by email jedi@smitzy.com and if your order has not been processed in our logistics center our Jedi's try to modify or cancel it.
But do not worry if you have already processed because you simply have to make an exchange or refund when you receive it. You can see how a refund is made in our FAQ How to make a refund?

To use your discount code need to log in to your account. By confirming your order and before entering your card details you will be asked if you have a discount code. You enter it to apply the discount on you.
Then your shopping cart will be updated with the discount applied. That easy!!
